The Studio is a beautiful, well-designed, studio-apartment located in Midtown- Savannah! Situated in a quiet neighborhood no more than 15 minutes from most sites in Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. The Studio is attached to our home with no shared spaces and is completely private– including a private patio area and dedicated driveway.

Katrina “Cooley” Lenzly
Cooley is an award-winning Art Director and music artist based in Atlanta, GA. Cooley met Mark while attending the Savannah College of Art Design in Savannah and…music and freelance CreativeArt Director, owner of ELEV8ED USC.
Mark A. Redman
Mark is originally from The Bay Area, California but has lived in Savannah for the last 20 years. He spent 8 years in the US ARMY as an active duty firefighter serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. After retiring from the military, Mark planted roots in Savannah owning a number of small businesses before working in Film and Television as a Health & Safety Supervisor.
