Hack FSU

Hack FSU is Florida State's tech-initiative built to facilitate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity within the campuses' growing tech culture. Established in 2014, Hack FSU is designed by the students for the students in an effort to provide creative freedom and real-world programming experience through experimentation.

IDENTITY

We developed the visual identity and additional graphic assets for Hack FSU. The final logomark is a mashup of code language and the decorative feather that accompanies FSU's mascot spear.

In addition to the logo and color system, we developed designs for merchandising, print, and leave-behinds for the event.

Students put aside their weekend for the opportunity to build whatever they can think of, alongside hundreds of other students from around the country. Mentors from the industry volunteer their knowledge to support your crazy ideas. All we ask is that you come prepared with an open mind, ready to dedicate thirty hours to learn something new.”
